Let’s be fair, when we encounter efficiency in Sri Lanka, it stops us mid stride and makes us want to do a little happy dance. I kept giving tight deadlines and they kept meeting them. I kept changing things and they patiently bore with me - and never missed a beat. Only had to visit their location to pick up the final documents! . . When I started out, I remember trying to figure out the company registration process, checking the official governmental website as well as with a few established entrepreneurs and they all made it sound unseemingly complicated.
