Return & Refund Policy
General
Due to the nature of digital and professional services, refunds shall only be granted under the limited circumstances set out herein.
Once a Service has been delivered or initiated, no refund shall be payable except as expressly provided.
Professional Services
Services such as tax filing, accounting, bookkeeping, or advisory services are final upon completion. No refunds shall be issued after submission to regulatory authorities.
In the event of proven error or negligence attributable solely to Simplebooks, corrective services shall be provided at no additional cost.
Subscription Services
Clients may cancel subscriptions at any time.
Refunds shall only be issued if cancellation occurs within seven (7) days of subscription purchase and no Services have been utilised.
Consultation and Training Services
Cancellations made at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to a scheduled session shall be eligible for a full refund.
No refunds shall be issued for cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of the session or for non-attendance.
Refund Procedure
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to support@simplebooks.com with proof of payment.
Approved refunds shall be processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method.
